Abstract

Management in the modern world occupies one of the leading roles, allowing to mobilize resources, which include financial, material, as well as intellectual resources. Considering management in education, it should be noted that it is widely used in Western European countries, where each of the teachers acts as an important element of this system [2, p.241]. Education should be considered as a process, the main purpose of which is the education and training of individuals, taking into account their individual characteristics and interests.
