In modern research, much attention is paid to the so-called normal healthy aging, which is based on the use of the preserved capabilities of the elderly patient’s body, rather than lost abilities. According to WHO, normal aging is determined by vitality in combination with the living environment of a geriatric patient, which together forms his functional abilities [WHO, 2016]. With regard to the living environment, a number of developments have been carried out, which have already been introduced into the practical activities of medical and medical-social institutions (the project “ Barrier-Free Environment”, “Accessible Environment”, 2011 - implemented in the Russian Federation, more than 18 thousand social facilities in all regions, terms extended until 2025). Age-related vitality consists of several aspects (cognitive, motor, psychological, sensory, somatic) [Ilnitsky A.N., Proshchaev K.I. et al., 2019]. All of these components include senile asthenia syndrome, which characterizes functional deficits.
