Abstract

In this paper, we explore efforts directed towards facilitating interagency electronic collaboration between state entities and organizations with the self-governing bodies of citizens, aiming to enhance the provision of public social services or assistance at the neighborhood level. Through a systematic implementation of policies geared towards advancing the neighborhood Institute in Uzbekistan, we witness a continual reinforcement of its legal framework, an expansion of its mandates, and an elevation of its societal role over the years. Notably, within our nation, the neighborhood system serves as a focal point for the development of scientifically informed proposals to boost community engagement and public activity.
