Abstract

This article examines the origins, progression, and transformation of the family, as well as the perspectives of Eastern and Western thinkers on the foundation of the family. Additionally, it provides a detailed analysis of views regarding the purity of lineage and the roles of offspring in society. The diverse scholarly perspectives from Western and Eastern scholars reveal both commonalities and disparities in their perceptions of the family.
