Abstract

This article highlights the process of implementing child labor standards established in the Conventions "On the Minimum Age for Admission to Work", adopted by the International Labor Organization on June 26, 1973, as well as "On the Prohibition and Immediate Measures to eliminate the worst Forms of Child Labor", adopted on June 17, 1999, in the Labor Code of the Republic Uzbekistan. The issues of the development and implementation of legislative and implementation mechanisms and guarantees aimed at the prevention and eradication of child labor in the Republic of Uzbekistan are considered.
