Abstract

Gamification, the incorporation of game aspects into non-game environments, has gained popularity as a promising method for improving learning experiences. This is especially important in regional schools, where teachers face unique obstacles in engaging pupils and creating successful learning environments. Gamification, which includes aspects like as points, badges, and leader boards, provides a dynamic and engaging way to inspire students, boost learning, and cover a wide range of learning demands. Despite the potential benefits, implementing gamification in regional schools is not without its obstacles. Teachers' attitudes and views are critical to its successful implementation, with some educators supporting the strategy because of its ability to improve student engagement and learning outcomes, while others may have qualms about its effectiveness and feasibility. Understanding and correcting these mindsets is critical to realizing the benefits of gamification in regional schools and changing education for the better.
