The Concept of the Crime of Equal Rights of Citizens, The Question of Responsibility is also a Foreign Experience

This article describes the system of crimes against the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens. In particular, the concept of the crime of violating the equal rights of citizens, the composition of the crime, and the consequences of the crime were analyzed. At the same time, the issue of responsibility for the crime of violation of equal rights of citizens was analyzed and compared with the criminal legislation of foreign countries, namely Armenia, Latvia, and Estonia.
