Abstract

Currently, Samarkand City has more than 10,000 catering establishments: cuisines, cafes, restaurants, tea houses, various catering service enterprises consisting of trade and cocktails. Among these, the transition to a digital economy is in a diffuse state, and the level of a digital economy is considered low.
