Use of Local Anesthetics in Children's Dentistry

Abstract

Local anesthetics are among the most widely used drug groups in dental practice. The pharmaceutical market offers a large variety of local anesthetic drugs. Of particular interest is the safety and effectiveness of local anesthetics in pediatric dentistry. This article analyzes and summarizes data from scientific research on this topic. The effectiveness and safety of local anesthetics for adequate pain relief in children are examined.
