Research of the Accuracy Characteristics of a Laser Interfermeter as a Measurement Transformer of a Cnc Turning Machine

Abstract

In this paper, an analysis of the main errors of the laser interferometer used on a CNC machine was conducted. The issue of minimizing the measurement temperature error is considered. The results of the study of the accuracy characteristics of the interferometer are also presented.
