The materials of the article include an analysis of the factors influencing the theoretical
foundations of the formation of intellectual capital and its management, intellectual property activities of the
Republic of Uzbekistan. Of the several proposed factors, a few key ones were selected and considered in
detail. The factors influencing the theoretical foundations of the formation of intellectual capital, such as the
inflationary policy in the country, investment risks, the stability of the economic situation in the country and
the percentage of commercial credit, are studied in more detail.
