The Formation of The Secondary Special Education System in the Ussr in 1917-1930

In this article, in the USSR in 1917-1930, ways of creating a secondary special education system in the
new system by canceling the old education system, spreading and developing the education system
throughout the USSR, education difficulties before the introduction of the system, determining the level
of knowledge of teachers in schools and removing illiterate teachers from work, information about the
order in which lessons were taught was tried to be disclosed.
