Abstract

An innovative method of adoption of social sphere, its technologization, is increasingly affirmed in conditions of dynamic social changes in a world management practice. Social technologies act as an intellectual science intensive resource and application makes it possible not only to research and predict various social changes but also to have an active influence on a practical life, to receive an effective, predictable, social result. The value and opportunities of social technologies in forming of the social and economic basis for the development of the services sector are examined in the article.
