Abstract

This article discusses the features and problems of small business development in the service sector in a market economy. The factors influencing the development of small businesses in the field of services, such as competition, access to finance, regulation, as well as innovation and technological change, are considered. The authors also analyze the problems faced by small entrepreneurs in this field, including difficulties in obtaining licenses, restrictions on market access and instability of demand. In conclusion, we propose ways to solve these problems and recommendations to support the development of small business in the service sector.
