Abstract

General catering businesses play a crucial part in the tourism industry. By offering eating options, these businesses greatly enhance visitors' overall experiences. But for these businesses to have the greatest possible influence on the growth of tourism, they must continually enhance their operations and boost productivity. This study examines several tactics and approaches meant to improve general catering enterprises services' effectiveness in the travel and tourism sector. By putting these strategies into practice, catering businesses can raise service standards, better serve the varied demands of visitors, and eventually support the expansion and sustainability of the tourism industry.
