Abstract

in our studies, it was shown that BC (radical resection-sized organ storage surgery + postoperative distance RT) was clearly recorded in patients after the end of combined treatment, with the highest anxiety rates after organ-storage treatment, which was confirmed once again in this study. Increased anxiety is associated with the fear that recidivism appears in the rest of the breast, as we learned from conversations with patients. The volume of surgical intervention significantly affects the psychological state of women diagnosed with BC, which is confirmed by a decrease in quality of life indicators and an increase in anxiety and depression even before surgery.
