Abstract

 The article presents epidemiological studies demonstrating the significant role of social factors in the spread and transmission mechanism of COVID-19. Lifestyles, nutrition, rational rest, and work schedules among elderly and middle-aged patients have been examined. The aim of the study is to investigate the prevalence and transmission mechanisms of COVID-19, the importance of social factors, as well as to study the lifestyle, nutrition, rational rest, and work schedules among elderly and middle-aged COVID-19 patients. The study aims to develop preventive measures and methodological recommendations for protecting the population from infections.
