The increasing complexity and criticality of power electronic systems in modern industrial environments necessitate advanced monitoring solutions. Embedded systems offer a low-cost, scalable, and highly reliable platform for real-time data acquisition, analysis, and control. This paper presents a comprehensive framework for implementing embedded systems to monitor power electronic components such as inverters, converters, and motor drives in real-time. By leveraging microcontrollers, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and communication protocols like MQTT and CAN, the system enhances fault detection, energy efficiency, and system reliability. A hybrid AI-IoT model is integrated to improve predictive maintenance and performance diagnostics. Simulation and experimental results validate the system's low latency (under 100 ms), high accuracy (96.7%), and improved energy consumption metrics. The proposed approach enables smarter industrial automation with reduced downtime and optimized energy usage.
