Abstract

Innovative development in the service sector is becoming increasingly important to
ensure the competitiveness of enterprises and improve the quality of services provided. This paper examines
the factors influencing the innovative development of enterprises in the service sector. The main focus is on
aspects such as technological innovations, service innovations, organizational and managerial changes and
financial mechanisms. The reasons and mechanisms by which these factors contribute to or hinder the
development of innovations in the service sector are analyzed. The work also describes current trends and
challenges faced by enterprises in the service sector in the implementation of innovative activities. The results
obtained will allow entrepreneurs and managers to assess the existing innovation environment and develop
strategies for the successful implementation of innovations in their enterprises.
