The article discusses the conceptual foundations and criteria for economic efficiency in managing the practice of formation and effective use of financial resources of business entities operating in the real sector as part of large-scale reforms carried out in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The issues of the conceptual basis for the formation of the company's financial resources in the prospects of the country's socio-economic development are considered. The possibilities of improving the mechanism for the formation and effective use of financial resources of enterprises of the financial system of the Republic of Uzbekistan have been studied and recommendations have been developed.
