Abstract

The high social and economic significance of this problem makes modern surgeons continue to search for new directions to improve the results of treatment of patients with purulent diseases of the hand, affecting not only surgical techniques, but also postoperative wound management.Positive results in the treatment of patients were repeatedly demonstrated by researchers who used laser radiation in their work. In various fields of modern medicine, high-energy laser radiation is used, including as a scalpel in purulent surgery to perform necrectomy and sterilization of the wound surface. The use of laser necrectomy significantly improves the course of the wound process, accelerates wound healing, and promotes early cleaning of the wound defect from fibrin detritus andexudate.
