Abstract

The effect of a rehabilitation approach for the popliteal muscles affected by recurrent tear and improving some motor abilities of football players aged (20-26 years).

The importance of the research lies in preparing a rehabilitation curriculum in a scientific manner, taking into account the stages that the injured player goes through, to ensure that the injury to the popliteal muscles does not occur again and then achieves full recovery and improves some of the motor abilities that are related to the injury, including (agility, muscle balance, and motor flexibility) for football players. Ages (20-26 years) The objectives of the research include: knowing the rehabilitation approach for the popliteal muscles affected by recurrent tear and its effect in improving the strength, agility, muscular balance and motor flexibility of football players. The areas of research include the human field: a sample of (first and second) football clubs in Dhi Qar Governorate who They were exposed to a popliteal muscle tear injury more than once, and they were numbered (6) and were aged (20-26). years). Temporal scope: for the period from 5/8/2021 until 10/12/2021 Spatial scope: in several different places, including a physical therapy center, gym halls, and youth and sports fields. The most important conclusions include: a clear improvement in the post-tests of the research sample in the research variables. Everyone.
