Abstract

This study examines the application of acmeology in the physical training of secondary school students through volleyball in physical education classes and extracurricular activities. Addressing the evolving needs of sports education, it explores innovative and scientific approaches to enhance students' physical and tactical readiness. Through an analysis of didactic principles, psychological preparation, and special physical training, the research identifies effective methods for improving physical qualities and game-specific skills. Findings suggest that incorporating acmeological principles fosters the intellectual, physical, and psychological development of students. These insights have practical implications for designing comprehensive educational and training programs that align with modern pedagogical standards and enhance sports performance.
