Evacuation Measures in Emergency Situations

Abstract

This article analyzes the evacuation measures for the population in emergency situations, as well as the mechanisms of their organization and implementation. It examines the planning, logistics, information dissemination, and safety measures necessary for effective evacuation. The paper also evaluates the differences in evacuation strategies in emergencies of natural and man-made origin, the use of modern technologies, and the level of public preparedness.
