Abstract

Continuing education "Lim personnel training is the basis of the personnel training system, a priority sector that ensures the socio-economic development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, meets the economic, social, scientific, technical and cultural needs of the individual, society and the state.satisfaction is a priority area.

Continuing education creates prerequisites for the formation of a creative, socially active, spiritually rich personality and the training of highly qualified competitive personnel.
